CCCC Participation Series for 2008

General Guidelines
1. To be a “CCCC Participation Series
Sanctioned Event” an event must be a CCCC multi-club car event and event
hosts must agree to forward records of attendance and individual winners
to the CCCC executive for tabulation.
2. Series sanctioned events are to be
determined prior to the season beginning.
3. A standard registration form will
be provided by Council to track participation.
4. The Competition Director or a CCCC
designate will verify entrant’s point’s determination at each event.
5. In the case of multiple sanctioned events being held on the same day, the event count for members for attendance recognition will be maximum 1 for that day.
6. In the case of multiple cars being
entered by a CCCC member at a single event, the highest scoring car will
be the one used to determine series point’s eligibility.
Reward System
CCCC members who attend any sanctioned event will have a ballot entered in their name towards prize draws to be held after the completion of the series. There will be a ballot entered for each event a member attends (i.e. attend 7 events = 7 ballots).
CCCC Points Leader Awards will be based
on member’s points accumulation for attendance of sanctioned events including
any bonus points earned. The top 20 points leaders will be eligible for
awards. If more than 20 cars tie for the top 20 highest scores, then awards
will be supplied for all that reach those high scores.
Point
system rewards:
10 points awarded for attending a sanctioned event.
10 points bonus for attending the Sponsor Appreciation Event.
10 points bonus for perfect attendance of all sanctioned events.
3 points bonus for any first place finish.
2 points bonus for any second place finish.
1 point bonus for any third place finish.A win in any class or division at a sanctioned event (i.e. Celebrity’s Choice, or Entrant’s Choice, or Best Paint) will be counted as a first place finish for bonus point’s calculation.
